Tuesday, February 20th from 10am CST to 2pm CST, our SmarterStats service will be unavailable while it is undergoing maintenance. During this maintenance, other features such as your CRM and Volusion automated Emails will not function. Therefore, you will not receive emails or new tickets in your CRM system until our maintenance is complete. We recommend that you manually review your incoming orders during this window, as notifications (to merchant and customer) will not immediately send.
